If you remove Dinput8 it disables most mods, therefor it is one of the mods creating the crashes, you will have to reinstall or delete mods to find the problem. currently i only use cleo 4, framelimiter fix, mouse fix (DINPUT8.DLL that's obvious), widescreen fix, weapon and vehicle selector, and this gta v hud and no, i don't think it's because the keyboard settings.
